Jaco Booyens: Fighting Sex Trafficking on a Personal Level

Born in South Africa, Jaco Booyens is an American abolitionist who has dedicated his life to fighting sex trafficking. For Jaco, this cause is personal - he became an advocate for victims of human trafficking in 2001 after witnessing his own sister endure such horrors.

Since then, Jaco has become a renowned speaker and advocate for anti-sex trafficking efforts. He frequently works with the Senate and Congress to advise on legislation reform that addresses sex trafficking and child education issues through gap analysis.

One of Jaco's notable achievements is the creation of Sex Nation, a documentary that sheds light on the realities of sex trafficking in America. This powerful film has been featured on local, national, and international TV and radio shows, further raising awareness about this critical issue.
